Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to transport passengers efficiently and effectively.

• Safely operate a shuttle bus or wheelchair accessible minivan transporting passengers to and from designated locations
• Follow established routes and schedules, ensuring timely pickup and dropoff of passengers
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking the shuttle bus, as needed
• Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for passengers, including regular vehicle inspections and cleaning
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, addressing any questions or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Report any accidents, incidents, or maintenance issues to management promptly
• Complete necessary paperwork, such as daily logs and inspection reports
• Other functions may be assigned

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening, background check, MVR screening & DOT physical.
• Must have experience operating a
  30 passenger Shuttle Bus.*For Shuttle Bus only
• 
  Must have a CDL (Class B or above) with passenger endorsement.
• For Shuttle Bus only
• 
  CDL and Non-CDL candidates must have a clean driving record.
• Must have at least one year of experience.
• Maintain a strong attendance record.
• Safely operate a wheelchair lift.
• Possess a friendly and courteous attitude when transporting passengers.
• Follow company safety and operational rules and procedures.
• Must be comfortable transporting passengers with service dogs.
• Other functions may be assigned.
