- Experience in Unica Migration from on-Prem to Cloud (AWS), unica upgrades Unica backend support/admin knowledge, troubleshooting the issues/errors in the Unica Campaign Should be able to triage database performance issues with SQL being sent to the database from the campaign processing.
- Troubleshooting the issues/errors in the Campaign Applications.
- Monitoring system health, provide input for the application server, and DB server cleanup activities.
- Should have Good hands-on in SQL implementation in Oracle on large volumes of data Monitor Production environments and work with various teams to resolve Mission Critical issues Experience in using Unix/Linux utilities for analyzing logs, and trouble-shooting the applications with Application servers Good knowledge with UNIX and scripting Adhere to testing, security, incident and change management procedures.
- Attend team meeting and Operations communication sessions as required.
- Ensuring all incidents and issues for key systems are added to knowledge base Ability to work in diverse and multicultural teams and develop a detailed understanding of application operations.
- Liaising with support groups and other departments on planned maintenance activities, technical issues and major incidents.
- Responsible for working with 1st /2nd level support teams and 3rd parties to resolve operational issues. Solid analytical & troubleshooting capabilities Passionate to contribute to customer satisfaction combined with an attitude to continuously improve the service delivery quality Good presentation and documentation Skills.
