    Endpoint is in search of a talented title industry professional to join our team as a Senior Resolution Specialist, tasked with advancing real estate transactions through exceptional processing and workflow expertise.

    In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between internal teams to assist in unblocking and tackling more complex matters to ensure a smooth and efficient title and settlement process.

    As a Resolution Specialist, you will use your skills to:


    Facilitate escrow transactions, from title production through policy issuance by assisting with clarification questions and stewarding escalated matters from Global production teams to resolution.

    Review and approve on occasion a variety of documentation including deeds, operating agreements, trusts, wills, affidavits of heirships, corporate resolutions, partnership agreements, and state filed Articles of Incorporation and Articles of Organization

    Troubleshoot and guide others on wide variety of complex title problems and identifies solutions within broad application and functional expertise.

    Take initiative and ownership to facilitate a smooth and efficient resolutions that meet and/or can exceed customer expectations.
    Proactively ensure all closings remain on schedule based on the functions supported within Global Operations

    Provide guidance, training, and support to frontline Global production teams to help them effectively handle issues and prevent escalations in the future.

    Communicate with various parties to the transaction by phone and/or email to obtain outstanding information/documentation needed to move the transaction forward.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including L&D, Operations Strategy, and Client Success to drive improvements in processes based on escalation patterns & trends.

    Create and/or update work instructions for Global Operations Leader when a new workflow is created or an existing process changes.

    You'll come to Endpoint with:

    4+ years' experience with title and escrow services
    Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Requires proficiency with creative problem solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting.
    A strong desire to understand the "why" and eagerness to investigate issues to determine the root cause.
    Interest in solving hard problems and a willingness to pivot quickly when necessary.

    We offer competitive compensation; Base pay is one part of your total compensation package in addition to annual bonus.

    This role pays between $62,568 and $111,232 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.

    This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of posting and is subject to change.

    The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate's education, training and experience.
