Job summary
We're seeking a Lead Electro-Mechanical Engineer who wants to do their life's work advancing general-purpose labor—someone driven to become the best in their craft.Responsibilities:
Owning electro-mechanical designs from Concept → CAD → prototype → production.Design for manufacturing: wire harnesses, PCBs, and assembly.Reliability engineering for wire routing and electrical connectors.Setting up manufacturing and assembly procedures for wiring and quality control.Mechanical design of wire channels and paths through the system.Size and select the appropriate wires for the rated motion.Hands on building using soldering and crimping tools.Working with vendors to source wire harnesses and connectors.
- Bachelors or Masters in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 5+ years experience designing products and complex electro-mechanical systems.
