Job Summary
A Registered Nurse(RN) provides direct care to residents and is a critical part of the healthcare team. Working as part of a team, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care plans to promote optimal health safety and well-being.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents'health status including vital signs medical history and current symptoms.
- Collaborate with residents families physicians and other team members to establish goals of care develop appropriate strategies ensure continuity responsiveness changing conditions.
