Senior FP&A Advisor

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To partner with and support the leadership teams to achieve financial objectives; to support corporate departments and/or consolidation of results as needed.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE

• Serves as key strategic finance partner to the business unit.
• Provides superior customer services and support; communicates issues, project stats and other applicable information to management.
• Prepares analytical reports to support management with company objectives
• Partners with Corporate or Operations business teams to set a baseline forecast or target for assigned area(s) for revenue or expenses as assigned.
• Coordinates with Accounting and Budget counterparts to provide insights into future results.
• Prepares consolidated forecasts and budgets and analyzes trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures, and other related areas.
• Maintains and coordinates group completion of financial reviews for budget preparation and periodic reporting for assigned business units or areas.
• Communicates results and recommendations to senior management.
• Maintains various systems and updates as appropriate
• Completes special projects as assigned by senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ten (10) years of financial or accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Financial planning and analysis experience preferred.
• CPA preferred
• Thorough knowledge of US accounting principles, procedures, and relevant regulations
• Thorough knowledge of budgeting and forecasting

Work environment requirements for entry-level opportunities include –
