    Responsibilities:

    • Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
    • Test and evaluate new technology to assess its potential for use within the organization.
    • Install new software and hardware drivers and update existing ones as necessary.
    • Establish user accounts and profiles for new employees.
    • Generate login credentials for new hires as part of the onboarding process.
    • Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and networks.
    • Resolve IT support requests and issues from employees in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Collect and analyze data to diagnose problems with computer systems and networks.
    • Demonstrate proficiency with commonly used software, hardware, and applications.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, and security systems.
    • Define software, hardware, and network requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Provide technical support to all departments in the company.
    • Repair or replace equipment as required to keep systems functioning optimally.
    • Effectively manage time and priorities to provide updates and fixes within agreed-upon time frames.
