    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Diligence and Integration Analyst who will be fully dedicated to SCA's investment and merger efforts. The Diligence and Integration Analyst will work closely with new partnerships, SCA's development and operational leadership teams and internal support services departments. This role is fully accountable to deliver a differentiated onboarding experience to facilities emphasizing minimal disruptions while balancing the optimization of SCA resources. The teammate, once on boarded, is expected to work with minimal oversight.

    Job Summary

    This position is responsible to support diligence and integration teammates in the simutaneous management of multiple projects with varying size and complexity. Project types include acquisiton investments of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) and Surgical Hospitals, mergers of one or more existing surgery facilities and other types of investement or divestiture projects. The role will include support of the entire project life cycle, from the planning stages before a deal is signed to the complete execution of the diligence workplan.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    The Diligence and Integration Analyst will be accountable for coordinating all aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, including:

    • Supporting cross-functional teams and projects
    • Delivering accurate project plans, dashboards, and other project tools
    • Communicating effectively with all parties
    • Providing disciplined decision support always involving SCA Support Services experts
    • Monitoring and reporting SCA commitments and schedules
    • Timely identification of barriers to success
    • Balancing SCA diligence and integration requirements vs. customer expectations
    • Balancing of Development, Operations and Support Services objectives
    • Facilitating the data request process for diligence and integration to ensue data is received in a timely manner and that deals remain on track for a timely close
    • Assisting in managing Dynamo
    • Collecting diligence reports from multiple departments within SCA and synthesize key diligence findings for presentation to SCA senior leadership
    • Facilitating the SCA Operating Model (service/solution selection) process
    • Managing diligence and integration tasks/deliverable performance reporting
    • Interfacing with external consultants
    • Performing on-site visits as required to ensure project success and physician satisfaction

    Qualifications
    • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, including a proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment
    • Strong leadership skills including conflict resolution
    • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadership
    • Demonstrated success in supporting complex projects and interfacing with matrixed teams
    • Ability to work effectively with large teams within an organization
    • Good general business acumen, capable to analyze complex business problems and provide solutions
    • Emotional maturity and personal security—self-aware, completely accountable to outcomes, and accepting of constructive feedback

    Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, project management or related field
    • 1-2 years' experience preferred
    • Prior experience in accounting/finance, healthcare, project management, or related field
