Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Canvassing Manager to join our team. As the Canvassing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating our door-to-door canvassing efforts. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to meet organizational goals
• Train and supervise a team of canvassers
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team
• Coordinate schedules and routes for canvassing activities
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to the team
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to improve results
• Maintain accurate records of canvassing activities and outcomes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and goals
• Represent the organization in a professional manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have previous canvassing and/or direct sales experience
• 1 + years experience managing a team of canvassers or facetoface marketers
• Proven track record of meeting set performance standards
• Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills
• Ability to analyze the effectiveness of canvassing program and canvassing team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience training, coaching, and mentoring a field team
• Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail
• Ability to understand the role of marketing communications, sales promotion and advertising
• Ability to self manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives
• Door to door experience : 1 year (Required)
• Valid Florida Drivers license (Required)
