Connect Staffing Incis currently hiring general labor candidates to fill a Pulper Assistant position in Fontana, CA for a roofing manufacturing company.

This position requires the flexibility to work both 1st and 3rd Shift.

12-hour shifts, rotating 4 days on, 4 days off – days vary each week. Alternating start times – 7am-7pm for one month followed by 7pm-7am for the next.


Requirements for the Pulper Assistant:
Comfortable working in an outside environment
Must have related work experience such as general labor, lumber yard, construction, demolition etc.
Able to safely lift up to 50lbs throughout the day
Knowledge of basic mechanical functions such as pumps, valves, & motors
Must be able to stand long periods of time

Responsibilities for the Pulper Assistant:
Maintain the raw materials in good condition ready to be used
Keep the yard, Pulper area, and loading equipment clean
Feed with materials according with the recipe, as per Pulper Operator request
Help on mucking and skimming activities
Ability to use fork and shovel to throw debris out of Pulper pit
Store empty pallets
Ensuring procedures of unloading raw materials are being followed and report any unusual aspects of improper handling to the Pulper Operator or Machine Tender
