    Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

    Job Details
    We are seeking a skilled Concrete Superintendent to oversee field operations for self-perform concrete projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in general contracting and concrete construction, looking to make a significant impact on project delivery and team leadership.
    Key Responsibilities
    Lead and coordinate field teams
    Site logistics and manpower planning
    Material and equipment management
    Scheduling and time tracking
    Safety compliance and documentation
    Supervise multiple trades and subcontractors
    Collaborate with project management to maintain schedule and budget targets
    Promote a culture of safety and accountability on-site
    Qualifications
    Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with a focus on concrete operations
    Minimum 3+ years experience as a Lead Superintendent
    Associate degree or equivalent experience in construction management or related field experience
    Strong leadership and communication skills
    Familiarity with scheduling tools and cost control practices
