Job summary
The Secondary Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing all aspects of rate lock activity for first mortgage and home equity products, ensuring timely accurate and compliant execution of loan pricing locking and delivery functions.This role supports the Secondary Marketing Manager in maintaining competitive accurate pricing and serves as a backup for rate posting and other secondary marketing functions.
The Secondary Marketing Analyst ensures adherence to investor guidelines contributes to the successful sale of loans into the secondary market optimizing profitability while minimizing risk.
- Manage the daily lock desk function including receiving validating processing lock requests for all first mortgage products in accordance with company policies investor guidelines.
