- Design and optimize transport network solutions, focusing on material flow, process design, site layout, and intellectual property.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver cost-effective solutions aiming for a "Just in Time" model.
- Manage multiple projects, leveraging strong negotiation and communication skills to influence outcomes positively.
- Execute the vision, create detailed roadmap, and specific technical solutions.
- Travel as needed to support project implementation and operational enhancements.
- Effectively implementing identified process improvements to achieve measurable enhancements in operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience
- Formal Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred but not required)
- Experience: 2-5 years industrial and Systems Engineering
- Computer Skills: Microsoft office suite (Word, excel, power point)
- Native or bilingual in English
- Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and concurrent deadlines
- Ability to follow instructions with accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication
