    Title: Sales Manager

    Location: Atlanta, GA

    Reports To: Vice President of Sales

    The Position

    Our confidential client is in search of an experienced Sales Leader with a track record of success in leading organizational growth in rapidly evolving marketplaces, as well as expanding market share in the commercial space. As a global leader in their niche of market, they provide high-quality products, components, and services through a different array of industries.

    As part of the core functions of this role, the ideal candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned lines of products to expand the customer base and extend their global reach. This role will focus on the commercial space including telecom, transportation, and medical industries.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Creating and executing a comprehensive strategic sales plan oriented to expand the customer base and extend their global reach
    • Achieving company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts
    • Setting strong and comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics based on the following criteria: Sales Growth, Revenue Targets, Customer Retention, Market Penetration, Pipeline Management, Customer Satisfaction and Competitive Analysis (continuously analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences to adapt the sales strategy)
    • Developing and proactively managing the sales organization and team
    • Measuring and improving customer satisfaction levels through continuously monitoring the customers voice
    • Responsible for Programs Contract Management for multimillion dollar contracts

    Qualifications

    • Technical or College degree, MBA preferred
    • Five or more years of experience managing sales in a corporate setting
    • Proven track record of success in the entire sales process, end to end, from planning to closing
    • Strong negotiation skills to protect the companys interests and build lasting relationships with partners
    • Programs Contract Management experience handling multimillion dollar contracts
