MS Dynamics / Office 365 Engineer
Responsibilities:
Emphases for the Web/Internet candidate will be to assist with support of our Office 365 GCC environment to include Teams, Teams telephony, Dynamics, Power Bi dashboards, Power Apps, modification to sites, forms, and workflow.
Specific duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Assist with Office 365 Government G5 environment, permissions, and security.
Knowledge of Dynamics and assist as needed.
Support of Teams Telephony and setup.
Use BMC Footprints and resolve any assigned tickets.
Provide user support to support daily operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Reviews and monitoring usage reports
Utilization of
PowerApps
Deploy custom developed Dynamic and third-party solution packages
Programming
JavaScript, JQuery, and Powershell
Support
Power BI dashboards.
Monitor systems for uptime and ensure online.
Create supporting project and system documentation.
Provide updates to the Project Team.
Work in a collaborative effort to conceptualize total systems and/or product solutions currently in place.
Ability to plan, organize, review, implement associated project milestones to completion.
Creates architecture diagrams, and technology navigation maps.
Assist with development of policies and procedures to conform and comply with agency standard cyber security policy design related to information risk management, designation of data as to criticality, confidentiality, and protection.
