A Full-time Physical Therapist , (PT/RPT),position is now available in our state of the art 4 star sub-acute rehab department located in Dryker Heights in Brooklyn, NY.

Convenient location to mass transit. Facility has a 137 bed capacity and offers ALF, ILF and Outpatient Rehab services.

Therapists will perform treatments, patient & family education, caregiver training while working with a diverse and friendly multi-disciplinary team that works well together.

Requirements:
Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
Work well with others in a team setting
Be flexible with hours.
