    Sales Field Manager, Enesis North America

    In a fast-paced environment, we are looking for a Sales Field Manager to drive overall growth of Enesis for USA market with multiple sales and distribution channels. The Sales Field Manager work with closely with Marketing Team, Supply Chain Team, distributor partner, and other related stakeholders to help elevate various brand to boost sales growth and Enesis Portfolio in USA.

    Reporting to the General Manager of North America, the Sales Field Manager will be an instrumental leadership role that helps not just sales growth, but also the sustainability of brand distribution and channel to unlock the market potential in USA.

    The Successful Applicant:

    • +6 years experience in sales and marketing, within the consumer-packaged goods industry.
    • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
    • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
    • Analytical, product development skill, data driven and strong communication skill
    • Experience in customer management is required, good negotiator, and good communicator
    • Strong and established relationships in the Market Place
    • Goal and result oriented, focused, and assertive individual who is Independent

    Responsibility:

    1) Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Improvement

    • Translate overall sales business plan into cluster sales plan in order to achieve business target.
    • Monitor & evaluate the sales team, distributor partners and other related stakeholders to streamline & motivate through Journey Cycle with clear communication, strong leadership & discipline execution.
    • Perform monitoring & evaluation among sales and distribution channel to ensure the day to day business execution are keep on the track.
    • Monitoring the sales activity to ensure compliance with selling process governance & policy.

    2) Distributor, Outlet, Territory & Branding Management

    • Manage distributor, outlet, and other sales and distribution channels (according to priority of outlet classification) through strong relationship to maintain and also creating the opportunity of scaling up the sales and distribution channel.
    • Plan, manage, monitoring the branding/event/direct acquisition initiatives to create demand & boost the sales volume.
    • Monitor & ensure outlet branding program & materials (POSM) are fulfilled in accordance with branding standard.

    3) Channels and market expansion

    • Lead the market expansion thru multiple channel and sales distribution and boost sales growth, unlock all potential market sales distribution and ensure the product availability in all sales and distribution channels.
