Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Groundskeeper for a residential property located in Asbury Park, New Jersey. The successful candidate will maintain cleanliness for the interior and exterior of the property to enhance and maintain the property's curb appeal and overall cleanliness.Responsibilities
- Cleaning: Daily cleaning of all common areas; dust, sweep, wet mop, vacuum, and empty garbage
- Reporting: Report all notable concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Trash removal: Daily removes and properly discards litter and debris from interior common areas assists the remainder of the team with exterior grounds maintenance
Additonal Duties: Perform other duties as outlined in the job description.
