    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The right candidate will offer not only a deep comprehension of the sales landscape but will also bring analytical prowess in driving the company's financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes. This role demands a proactive approach in managing the financial close, planning and forecasting processes, in addition to collaborating with various cross-functional teams to support high-level corporate performance and strategic decisions.

    Partner with sales leaders to synchronize business and financial targets.

    Execute and improve the monthly and quarterly financial processes across the sales organization.

    Provide detailed analysis on business financials, identifying key variances, risks, and drivers.

    Generate actionable insights from data analysis to guide decision-making.

    Address ad-hoc and regular requests from business partners and cross-functional teams to foster high corporate performance.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Proven FP&A expertise with a strong track record, including team leadership.

    Exceptional communication skills coupled with the ability to influence.

    Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems like SAP and analytical tools like Tableau.

    The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus.
