    Experience building high performing Agile / DevOps teams to deliver business solutions using cutting edge technologies
    At least 5 years of experience leading Lean or Agile teams
    Experience in project management delivering complex IT services, including application development, software maintenance and enhancements solutions to federal government agencies
    Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a government contracting environment and managing competing priorities
    Experience developing and delivering senior-level briefs/presentations to customers
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Must be a US citizen, candidates will have an extensive background check for specific suitability
    Responsibilities

    The Product Manager is responsible for a product domain's planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including helping to define the problem space, gathering and prioritizing business and user requirements, defining the product vision and working closely with design and engineering to deliver value as quickly as possible
    The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product domain supports the overall agency strategy and goals
    Develops and maintains an outcome-driven product roadmap
    Leads a balanced product team by partnering with the designers and engineers to develop a product that meets the needs of users
    Leads product vision and identifying what the team should build next, and why, by extracting the best available information from the business and end users
    Works with balanced team to define quarterly Objectives & Key Results (OKRs)
    Maintains a healthy backlog to keep the team focused and productive, remove blockers, and drive momentum
    Champions and drives Agile, Lean Product Management, and Human-Centered Design best practices
    Collaborates with other government staff to deploy new features to continuously improve the existing application
    Be unafraid of suggesting process and team improvements
    Encourage the team to experiment with new technologies
    Build numerous integrations with partner systems across the federal government
    Support agile development, helping to carry out the practice and the discipline
