- Seasonal Part-Time Position up to 6-months.
- Position is between a 24-40 hour work week shift, dependent on staffing needs.
- Parks Office Hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Experience using a busy phone system preferred.
- Computer skills preferred.
- Must pass a criminal background check prior to hire.
- Answering a busy multi-line phone line.
- Assisting customers on the phone and at the office counter.
- Taking, entering, changing reservations using the reservation system.
- Running daily reservations reports.
- Selling Annual Parking Permits.
- Covering phones for the Reservation Specialist in their absence.
- Helping with office duties: Copying, Printing, Emails, Data Entry, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
