*This position involves working with the quality unit on pharmacy events and is responsible for some supervisory and administrative tasks.

Supervises compounding, labeling, and daily operations in the pharmacy

• Accepts and incorporates new ideas and protocols in the workflow including process improvements and corrective actions
• Communication of issues to Pharmacy lead
• Ensures compounding is performed in accordance with Standard Operation Procedures and batch record directions
• Maintains pharmacy finished products inventory on a real-time basis
• Enforces applicable personnel policies and procedures

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

• 2nd shift 2-11pm with one Saturday a month
• Days are flexible but set, 2 or 3 weekdays per week
