This RN position is multifaceted in assisting our 26 bed Assisted Living site, Home Front First, and 6 Adult/Child Care Foster homes, Health Providers, with a 245D license for the disabled in Montevideo.

Providing staff training

• Supervision of medication management
• Ensuring the facilities are meeting regulations according to licensure requirements
• Working closely with the residents in assessing their health care needs
• Admission of new residents
• Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions

This position will report to the Director of Nursing Services for Partners Senior Living Options.

This salaried position is scheduled for Monday-Friday day hours; There is minimal on call for this position as we partner with Aspire Clinical Intelligence for after hours and weekend on call.

As the Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to residents.

Your expertise in physiology, ability to perform various medical procedures, and strong communication skills will be essential in delivering exceptional patient care.

Training based on experience and comfort level.
