    Full time


    Pay range:
    $55-60/hr

    Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by JBC.


    Responsibilities:
    Project management of the department in partnership with the leadership team

    Manage department meeting infrastructure, including strategy, coordination, preparation, and tracking

    Day-to-day operational support to the Head of the department

    Lead yearly planning, goal setting and tracking, and quarterly reports

    Manage special projects and initiatives

    Develop presentations and content to support internal and external engagements and events

    Develop and maintain department templates and collaboration spaces

    Lead the coordination of team budget

    Support procurement of vendors/suppliers as needed

    Support resource prioritization as required

    Qualifications

    7+ years' experience of project management experience at a creative agency or in-house company marketing or communications team

    Experience in leading and managing production of creative and/or marketing projects

    Project management software (Asana preferred)

    Google Suite

    Microsoft Office Word

    Excellent attention to detail

    Highly organized

    Experience working across teams in a fast-paced environment

    Appreciation for design, user experiences, and brand identities

    Strong communication skills
