    Room Specific Duties and Overview:
    The Laundry Department is focused on tasks related to cleaning and organizing linens, napkins, pillow covers, and chair covers. This includes handling chemicals safely and operating industrial machinery efficiently. Prioritizing space and identifying high-demand rental products are key aspects of this role.

    As the Production Supervisor, you will supervise the Sort & Wash area and the Ironer room in the Laundry Department. Your responsibilities will involve sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, and packaging various types of linen. Additionally, you will manage seat covers and ensure a clean and organized work environment.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate actively with the team.
    • Assign tasks to team members and monitor production goals.
    • Focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
    • Enhance efficiency and reduce defects.
    • Conduct regular maintenance of machines and workspaces.
    • Ensure team compliance with company policies.
    • Accurately manage inventory and staging space.
    • Utilize core functions and reports effectively.
    • Set a positive example for the team.
    • Prioritize safety and enforce standards.
    • Manage department supplies and requisitions.
    • Adhere to company's Core Values.
    • Collaborate with other managers and departments.
    • Provide ongoing training and support.
    • Perform additional duties as needed.

    Work Conditions:
    • Mainly warehouse environment.
    • Possible outdoor exposure.
    • Varied temperatures in the warehouse.
    • Electrical equipment used.
    • Continuous exposure to detergents and cleaning chemicals.
    • Physical demands like bending, lifting, and moving items.

    Schedule & Pay:
    • Monday to Friday availability.
    • 1st shift from 7:30am to 4:00pm.
    • Possible evening and weekend shifts based on workload.
    • Overtime hours during peak seasons.
    • Hourly pay ranging from $19 to $23 based on experience.

    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in a similar role.
    • Supervisory experience is a plus.
    • Basic math skills required.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    • Physical stamina for warehouse tasks.
    • Capacity to follow instructions accurately.
    • Willingness to undergo background checks and assessments.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
    • Openness to cross-training.
