- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Electronic Health Record systems, with a keen ability to learn new technologies swiftly.
- Exhibit excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills to maintain high-quality customer service.
- Manage time effectively, meet deadlines consistently, and adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
- Design, advertise, and execute therapeutic sessions across individual, group, and family therapy settings.
- Enrollment in a relevant Master's Degree program (Practicum, Internship I, or Internship II).
- Proven ability to design and facilitate group therapy for diverse age groups.
- Experience in developing treatment plans, clinical case notes, and completing Diagnostic Assessments (DAs).
- Strong communication skills, stable interpersonal boundaries, and timely documentation capabilities.
- Familiarity with diverse client demographics and proficiency in conducting various therapy formats, including individual, family, and couples therapy.
- Skilled in integrating multiple therapeutic modalities and proficient with Office 365 and specific Electronic Health Record systems (Valant preferred).
