Unit Details: Outpatient | No Call | All Ages |
Daily Patient Volume: 3 Scheduled Patients per hour with 2 blocks scheduled for Mentor Spots. 20 Minutes per patient.
Additional Providers/Support Staff: Dedicated LVN's and MA's
EMR System(s): Epic
Lic/Certs: Active CA lic | BLS | DEA | Furnishing License for NP
BC/BE: BC
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 Months with high likelihood of extension, 1st month is really training and ramp.
Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30a-5:00p with every other weekend (Same Hours). Will have days off during week when working weekend shift.
Housing/Travel: All inclusive
Pay Structure: Bid
Notes: Covid Vaccination w/ Booster required
Required exp: Family Medicine (EXP in all ages required) – Outpatient Internal Medicine Patients - Cold/Flu/Diabetes Management/Chronic Conditions. Providers need to be comfortable doing things the Kaiser way and consult with the patient (Example – Provide a flu shot if they haven't gotten a flu shot, even though they are there for their knee or scheduling them for something else). Must be comfortable with telephone visits and video visits. | All Ages |
