    ABOUT THIS ROLE
    Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Solutions Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Silver Tax Software as a Service (SaaS) platform by providing technical expertise and support to our customers and internal teams. You will collaborate closely with sales, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of our SaaS solutions. Your deep understanding of both our product offerings and customer needs will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and retention.
    This position will be located in Austin, Texas.
    Duties/Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day operations of proprietary multi-currency portfolio accounting system during implementation phase
    • Optimize operational processes and procedures while maintaining quality standards
    • Assist with implementation and technical integration of new processes and procedures to enhance client experience and enhanced onboarding process
    • Assist with data reconciliation by coding and testing data cleanup scripts and utilities
    • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and review of software documentation
    • Maintain knowledge base of system processing exceptions, reconciliation issues, and other operating processes and procedures
    • Identify ways to improve customer experience and overall implementation process
    • Train, oversee, and assign tasks to other team members
    • Track and report on daily and monthly operational performance to executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders


    Education and/or Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Data Analytics, or Information Systems required; Master's preferred
    • 2+ years of professional experience with multi-currency portfolio accounting and/or wealth management systems
    • Experience with brokerage operations and understanding information reporting preferred


    Required Skills/Abilities

    • Knowledge of Agile software development, data analysis, and project management
    • Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Excel, Python, and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
