Job summary

We are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant I/II/III/Sr for our Owensboro, KY office. The Accounting Assistant is responsible for ensuring recurring invoices are processed and submitted for validation and approval so payment may occur within payment terms.

Required skills include excellent computer skills including competency with Microsoft Office products,
  • Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines,
