Job Description
Manage a diverse set of commercial projects, ranging from small-scale renovations to large-scale ground-up construction
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client
Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
Accurately estimate costs and resources
Track progress and adjust plans as necessary
Ensure all projects are completed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as with industry standards and best practices
Understand building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
Communicate regulatory requirements effectively to all stakeholders
Hire, train, and manage project staff
Motivate and inspire team members
Provide feedback, guidance, and support to team members when needed
Ensure the success of each project from start to finish
Demonstrate technical expertise, management skills, and interpersonal skills
Maintain a deep commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant
Proven track record of success in managing commercial projects
Deep understanding of the construction process and industry standards
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to accurately estimate costs and resources
Ability to create and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
Ability to track progress and adjust plans as necessary
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
Ability to effectively communicate regulatory requirements to all stakeholders
Experience in hiring, training, and managing project staff
Ability to motivate and inspire team members
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
