Provide patient care including diagnosis treatment consultations while maintaining compliance with all policies procedures.Perform skilled medical interventions surveillance investigation case finding creating / maintaining community partnerships developing policies procedures plans outreach referral follow-up case management health education counseling consultation screening advocacy reproductive family planning healthcare services history physical exams clients seeking reproductive health care services order perform interpret laboratory diagnostic tests for evaluation sexually transmitted infections cervical cancer screenings initiate appropriate follow up care prescribe provide contraceptive methods performing long-acting reversible contraception procedures prescribe provide antibiotic antiviral medications pregnancy testing counseling preconception counseling basic infertility services wellness exams maintain proficiency provider performed microscopy procedures maintain patient records utilizing software applications computer systems written notes according program best practice standards plan oversee implementation chart audits direct critical interventions referrals maintain thorough current knowledge principles practices medical mental health applicable assessment promotion maintenance health at-risk individuals families community comprehensive understanding ability implement Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act HIPAA Security Privacy Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act CLIA Occupational Safety Health Administration OSHA worksite components.
