- Manage, track, and report on the required funding and the budget for the initiative, project, or task in its purview.
- Prepare a monthly Real Estate Action report that captures, at a minimum, preconditions for site leasing and project specific real estate issues as related to the PMO projects.
- Maintain real estate data including rights-of-entry, lease information for TI/Facilities, and track expirations of lease and land use agreements using the appropriate systems of records (e.g
- Participate in the process to acquire land parcels either by lease or purchase, to include providing legal description of property, formal appraisal/ market survey, waiver valuation.
- Assess RE needs of given action (e.g., construction, lease/acquisition, maintenance/repair, easement out-grant, property disposal), develop RE clearance strategy, and orchestrate execution of that strategy.
- Evaluate requirements received from USBP, and other CBP offices supported by PMO, and translate into RE requirements
- Coordinate with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) when easements need to be out-granted - i.e.

Shearwater, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Real Estate Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, INPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) or other federal agencies tasked with supporting real estate efforts, throughout RE clearance process, lead negotiations for land-use agreements such as licenses from private landowners and permits from other government agencies, support site selection process for new facilities, contributing to preparation and presentation of market surveys, review for internal approval, and draft when necessary, RE instruments that would grant CBP its required rights.
