Job summary

The Call Center Supervisor will oversee the direction of all daily operations of the Call Center. The incumbent is responsible for effective implementation of CHSI policies and procedures and meeting productivity standards.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • High School or GED required. Associate's Degree or related healthcare certification preferred.
