- Attend Tier Meetings and
internal meetings to drive schedule on time - Update ERP system daily to
reflect accurate production orders and material shortages - Identify and solve problems in and out of immediate work area
independently and ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company
requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels - Engage
in the execution, coordination and follow up with cross-functional teams to
ensure alignment of production plans with customer requirements - Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and

As a Sr. Production Plan
Coordinator here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a crucial role in
coordinating and managing the production planning activities for our Repair and
Overhaul (R&O) operations. You will be responsible for developing and
implementing production plans, ensuring on-time delivery of products, and
optimizing inventory levels. Your expertise in production planning and
coordination will contribute to the success and efficiency of our R&O operations.
You will report directly to our Sr, Material Manager and you'll work out of our
Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our R&O
operations by ensuring accurate and timely production planning. You will
collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production plans with customer
requirements and optimize inventory levels. Your contributions will directly
impact our ability to meet customer demands, improve operational efficiency,
and drive business growth.
