Job summary
The Operator – Machine Lead is responsible for producing quality product while running continuous motion packaging, filling, and palletizing equipment efficiently and safely by performing the following duties and the ability to lead production work team.Operate and perform intermediate troubleshooting on equipment
Identify and resolve line bottlenecks; be able to effectively communicate equipment issues to maintenance personnel
Perform product change over without assistance
Perform package change over without assistance on multiple pieces of equipment
Be capable of operating equipment on multiple package platforms
