Job summary
The CMT is responsible for the safe administration of medications to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role requires attentiveness, precision and the ability to build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by a licensed nurse.
- Accurately document medication administration and resident responses.
- Observe residents for side effects and report any adverse reactions to the nursing team.
