    Our client is a portfolio company that specializes in the acquisition of hyper-niche software companies that fit narrow but mission-critical use cases for business customers.

    The company is experiencing rapid growth through acquisitions and organic growth and is looking for a motivated, energized, and high-achieving Accounting Manager to support the growth of the company.

    Responsibilities Of The Accounting Manager

    Manage accounting operations for multiple entities
    Oversee the accounting close process and preparation of monthly financial statements
    Implement ASC 606 and maintain deep knowledge of software revenue recognition practices
    Utilize NetSuite across multiple legal entities and currencies
    Liaise with auditors and support the annual financial statement audit process
    Conduct financial analyses and provide ad hoc reporting as needed
    Mentor junior accountants and delegate responsibilities
    Ensure timely and accurate completion of annual PCAOB Audit
    Design and implement internal controls and accounting policies
    Adapt to evolving processes within the portfolio

    Requirements Of The Accounting Manager

    Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
    5+ years of accounting experience or 2+ years of prior Accounting Manager experience
    Strong knowledge of GAAP Accounting standards
    Experience with ASC 606 at a SaaS company
    Proficiency in NetSuite
    Experience with Maxio/SaasOptics (preferred)
    Familiarity with foreign subsidiaries (preferred)
    Proficient in Excel
    Experience managing relationships with external auditors
    Problem-solving skills
    Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities
    Excellent verbal and written communication skill
