- Role: Baseball Instructor
- All-Star Sports Academy Instructors are the key figures in our daily operations. They primarily provide personalized one-on-one training to ASSA athletes. Instructors also play a vital role in supporting various programs like camps, clinics, and teams under the guidance of the General Manager. Developing and managing a client base, along with engaging in business growth initiatives, are essential aspects of this role. Moreover, Instructors are expected to grasp and deliver the All-Star Sports Academy curriculum in an optimistic and supportive manner. This full-time position reports to the respective General Manager.
- Focus on conducting individual lessons
- Assist in organizing and executing group activities per General Manager's instructions (e.g., Camps, Clinics, Teams)
- Provide exceptional service with an emphasis on hospitality and positivity
- Build and oversee a client base, emphasizing long-term player development relationships
- Regularly engage with young athletes and their families, prioritizing outstanding customer service
- Support the training center in achieving business development objectives
- Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the training center
- Help in setting up the training center for various programs, camps, clinics, team practices, and lessons
- Perform additional assigned tasks
- High school diploma
- Preferably some background in coaching, teaching, or instructing
- Experience in working with youth athletes or developing children and adolescents
- Demonstrated strong work ethic
- Outstanding communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic demeanor
- Customer-focused approach
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Driven by a strong determination to excel
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team
- Capability to lift 25 lbs.
- Aptitude to stand for extended periods
