    What this position does:


    As a Residential Large Loss Project Manager, work with owners and sub-contractors after disasters such as a fire or flood to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property.

    In this role you will oversee all aspects of the reconstruction and renovation process from intake to completion.

    In this role, you will work directly with homeowners, commercial property owners, project coordinators, sub-contractors, and technicians while maintaining the highest levels of customer service.

    This position involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, collections, and ensuring that project deadlines are met.

    Operates in compliance with all Paul Davis processes, policies, better business practices, and in accordance with the laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which Paul Davis Restoration operates

    Communicates openly when scheduling and working alongside our Foremen, In-House Tradesmen, Estimators, and Project Coordinators throughout the project.

    Partner with a Project Coordinator to ensure that all paperwork relative to the restoration project are completed on time.

    Maintain open communication with insurance providers and property owners

    Review all estimates pertaining to the restoration portion of the assigned jobs

    Ensures project is completed within budget

    Meet operational goals of Sales, Gross Margin, Job Closings, and Net Promoter Score

    Track metrics during bi-weekly goal setting and review meetings

    Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project

    Build partnerships to improve performance with industry partners

    Maintain good relationships with trade partners and vendors

    Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned

    Interdepartmental communication

    Managing a wide range of projects from $100,000 – $500,000

    Qualifications :

    7+ years of residential/commercial construction experience

    Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience

    Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

    Experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines

    Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills

    Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills

    Positive, can-do attitude

    Team player

    Strong time management skills

    Extremely organized


    Physical Requirements :
    Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently lbs.

    Standing. walking, climbing, balancing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, stooping, and/or reaching for 8+ hours/day

    Ability to work in confined spaces

    Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat

    Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent

    Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods

    Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another

    Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

    Operating machinery and/or power tools

    Operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment

    After hours, on-call work.
