Job Description

Layout, install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical equipment such as lighting and motor controls

Wire fairly complicated circuits

Diagnose and remedy electrical trouble on all equipment, using wiring diagrams, control ladders and PLC's

Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills, including hydraulics and pneumatics

Layout and perform difficult machining operations, fabricate and weld

Diagnose and remedy machinery problems, including tearing down and reassembling machines

Devise, develop and construct tools and mechanisms

Involves considerable development work, skilled fitting, timing and adjusting

Requirements:

Understand for hydraulic and pneumatic circuits

Strong electrical skills, including DC and single- and 3-phase AC installation and troubleshooting

Understand electrical drawings and control schematics
