- Evaluate children's abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Use a variety of techniques to help children improve their motor, sensory, and cognitive skills.
- Work with children individually or in groups to achieve therapy goals.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Provide guidance and education to parents and caregivers on how to support their child's development at home.
- Maintain detailed records of treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
- Knowledge of developmental milestones and pediatric conditions.
- Experience with sensory integration therapy.
- Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive equipment.
- Pediatric occupational therapists will travel to home or schools to provide services
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- State license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current GA OT license
