    Job Description:
    We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and organized patient care coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual and have excellent communication and customer service skills and a passion for working with children.

    Responsibilities:
    • Greet patients and their families as they arrive for appointments
    • Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
    • Verify insurance information and collect payments
    • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of data
    • Assist therapists with administrative tasks as needed
    • Keep the waiting area clean and organized
    • Other duties as assigned
    Requirements:
    • Fluent in both English and Spanish
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in a medical or therapy office preferred
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and electronic medical records systems
    • Ability to pass a background check
