    HCP Talent is collaborating with a Long-Term Care/Rehabilitation facility (108 beds) in Chatham Township, NJ 07928 that is seeking a experienced Admissions/Marketing Director for a full-time Day shift (8a-4p) position

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Resident Recruitment:
    Develop and implement effective marketing and advertising strategies to attract potential residents and their families. Conduct tours of the facility, highlighting key services and amenities.


    Relationship Building:
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to ensure a steady referral stream. Participate in community events to promote the facility and its services.


    Brand Management:
    Manage the facility's brand presence across all platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and image. Develop and distribute marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and newsletters.


    Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research to identify trends, assess competition, and understand the needs of potential residents. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.


    Reporting:
    Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to the Marketing Director and senior management. Adjust strategies based on data and feedback.


    Compliance and Ethics:
    Ensure all marketing activities comply with state and federal regulations, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
    marketing experience, in the long term care industry.
    Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups, including seniors, families, healthcare providers, and community leaders.

    Knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly skilled nursing and rehabilitation services.

    Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketingAbility to analyze market data and trends to inform marketing decisions.
