Job summary
This role will support the Customer Care Team by helping identify and reduce revenue loss while streamlining key operational processes to enhance efficiency and service accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify possible sources of non-revenue water (NRW) loss
- Identify properties with multiple meters and consolidating them to a single account to streamline billing
- Use the Maricopa County Assessor's website to identify missing parcel numbers for properties in EPCOR's Paradise Valley and Fountain Hills service territory
