Title: Senior Workday Program Manager

Personnel Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 6 Years' experience leading enterprise Programs, of which at least 4 years must be specialized. Specialized experience includes:
• Experience in completing Workday or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems implementation from inception to deployment.
• Ability to provide guidance and direction in the tasks similar to the sample tasks provided in the Statement of Work.
• Proven expertise in the management and control of funds and resources.

Capabilities

• Serves as the contractor counterpart to the Government program/technical manager for Workday programs and implementations.
• Manages substantial program/technical support operations involving multiple projects/task orders and personnel at diverse locations.
• Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of all program/technical support activities and leverages in-depth knowledge and skills across various project methodologies to manage the complete lifecycle of SaaS technology projects.
