    About the Role




    • Delivering Mail: 
      As a City Carrier Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to deliver mail and packages to homes and businesses on assigned routes. This will involve navigating through various neighborhoods, using maps and GPS devices to ensure timely delivery of mail.

      You will also provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with postal inquiries and service requests. This may include answering questions about mail services, providing directions to local post offices or other USPS facilities, or helping customers troubleshoot issues related to their mail accounts.

      In addition to delivering mail, you will be responsible for sorting mail by size, shape, route for accurate delivery.
