    Division Manager - CA/OR/WA

    Purpose:
    The Division Manager will take the lead on all on- and off-premise sales in the CA market and manage our
    distributors in each state with travel to other markets in the PNW (OR/WA). As a Division Manager on the West
    Coast, you will report directly into the SVP of sales and be responsible for all distributor management & sales
    activity in defined territory. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales goals while conducting regular and
    extensive research to secure our position as the premier NA spirits company in the CA/OR/WA markets and
    surrounding areas.


    Essential Duties:

    • Identify and maintain a pipeline of business building ideas that drive incremental growth of the brand.
    • Work closely with senior management to understand the diverse needs of customers and identify
    opportunities to expand the business in channels of trade.


    • Working with the leadership team to develop and manage a comprehensive strategic selling plan to drive
    sales growth.


    • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with local distributor teams with the goal of driving
    sales in on and off premise accounts through thoughtful and creative partnerships.


    • Identify key customer targets that are aligned with the sales plan and meet overall sales goals.
    • Drive optimal product margins and establish competitive customer pricing to meet division profitability
    goals.


    • Support field sales with expert industry knowledge and through customer interaction.
    • Execute market surveys and log all sales activity into KARMA.
    • Provide reporting and analysis; communicate trends and possibilities that lead to new opportunities.
    • Develop forecasts with SVP and CSO across all markets.
    • Deliver sales presentations as needed for distributor GSM's/trainings/quarterly programming.
    • Develop & manage pricing / programming for all markets with SVP.
    • Responsible for managing inventory in all markets.
    • Take personal responsibility for service excellence.

    Education/ Experience/Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in a pertinent business-related field or equitable experience
    • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
    • Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, personal cell phone
    • Ability to develop and administer insightful market research protocols
    • Capacity to sustain consequential working relationships
    • Cautiously optimistic, personable, and resolute
    • An arsenal of brilliant sales techniques that you are eager to share
    • Highest level of discretion and integrity and the ability to handle and maintain confidentiality
    • Excellent written and oral communication
    • Ability to work with ambiguity at times to take initiative, develop and seek creative and innovative ideas
    • Hold yourself and others to the highest standards of quality in creation and execution
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interface at all levels within the organization and
    outside the company

    JOB DETAILS:

    Location:
    CA with the potential for remote work with travel required (up to 40% of the time to OR/WA)

    Salary:
    Commensurate with experience - Base salary, and opportunities for performance bonuses, car and
    cell phone allowance and possible stock options.
