    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and write CNC programs for various machines
    • Determine the sequence of machine operations and select the proper cutting tools
    • Modify and troubleshoot existing CNC programs to improve efficiency and accuracy
    • Collaborate with other departments and team members to optimize manufacturing processes
    • Ensure that all work meets quality and safety standardsRequired Skills and Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC programming and machining
    • Strong knowledge of NX programming and CNC machine operations
    • Preferred experience with aerospace hardware, preferably blades.
    • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
    • Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
    • Excellent problem
    • solving and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
