- Organize and conduct a medically prescribed occupational therapy program to restore function, prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part; and help the patient reach their maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.
- Synthesize available data on a patient (obtained from physical examination and history) to generate a written evaluation and plan of care within 24 hours of patient encounter.
- Provide occupational therapy interventions aligned with current evidence with goal of meeting or exceeding the national benchmarks for functional improvement. [Based on Focus on Therapeutic Outcomes (FOTO) scores].
- Accurately documents occupational therapy treatments for each patient with charges generated and note being locked by midnight the day of the patient encounter.

- Preferred two years' experience as a Licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Preferred one years' experience in the management of an Occupational Therapy Department
- Preferred Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, or BS in OT with 5 years experience.
