SERVPRO of South Bend, NE
SERVPRO of South Bend, NE is seeking a strong operational leader to manage our Contents Division — overseeing pack-out, cleaning, storage, documentation, and return of customer belongings following fire or water loss.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-moving environment. We are looking for someone who brings structure to complexity, communicates proactively, and takes ownership from start to finish.What You'll Do
Lead contents pack-out, cleaning, storage, and return operations
Maintain accurate documentation and inventory tracking
Provide consistent customer communication and updates
Coordinate daily with Mitigation and Reconstruction teams
Develop and hold field technicians accountable
Ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met
What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading field teams
Strong organizational discipline and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple active projects
Confident communicator who handles pressure well
Experience in restoration, construction, or logistics preferred
